## We all live in the past.
No matter how “aware” you are or active your mind, you are experiencing and acting in the past. The nervous system takes time to transmit the data to your brain which has to first perceive it, then interpret it, decide about it and finally act with your input.
All of that happens in the past. Recent past, but the past nonetheless.
Because our systems do not all run at the same speed, we don’t live in the same time…
